In this role, you will lead patient journey analytics and work with patient-level healthcare data to build robust analytical solutions for pharma clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage client and onshore stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
- Work closely with project managers to define algorithms, break down problems into execution steps, and run analysis.
- Deliver high-quality analytics solutions and reports in client-ready formats.
- Lead end-to-end project execution including scoping, solution design, execution, and communication.
- Contribute to internal tools, capabilities, and process automation initiatives.
- Participate in hackathons and solution design exercises to strengthen organizational capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and onshore teams.

Qualifications:
BE / B.Tech / B.Pharma / M.Pharma / M.Tech / MBA or equivalent degree. -
Experience:
1.5 - 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences analytics. - Job Type: Full Time

Skills Required
Must-Have:
- Strong expertise in patient-level real-world data (APLD, EMR, prescription, formulary, etc.).
- Advanced analytics experience across the patient journey (line of therapy, switch analysis, source of business, segmentation, persistence, adherence, patient identification, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with claims and patient data sources such as IQVIA LAAD, KOMODO, SHS, Veeva Compass, McKesson Compile.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and MS Excel.
- Strong logical reasoning, problem-structuring, and data analysis skills.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience building statistical models and AI/ML models using Python, R-Studio, PySpark, Keras, TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with self-service analytics platforms such as Dataiku, KNIME, or Alteryx.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing analytics.
